GREG HEBERT
President and CEO
Greg has a strong background in legal affairs, contract management, management consulting, operations, business funding, and grant writing. His expertise allows Kelsey Thomas Consulting to offer a wide range of high-level services. Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Greg works with various organizations dedicated to supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. He has built a well-known grant writing firm with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
HALEIGH BRANSTETTER
Executive Director
Haleigh graduated Arizona State University with a pre-law degree in Philosophy (Morality, Law, and Politics) and a minor in Political Science. She is experienced in writing across multiple disciplines, including academic, technical, editorial, and creative writing styles. Her goal is to synthesize her skills as a writer and her passion for helping underserved populations to create meaningful change in our communities
REAGAN HERMANSON
Business Development Manager
Reagan, a soon-to-be graduate of Grand Canyon University with a major in Marketing, as well as Human Resources, leads the Business Development department by building collaboration and innovation to drive growth. By leveraging her team’s strengths, she cultivates creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong culture of teamwork—paving the way for the department’s success and advancing the company’s initiatives.

Meghan is a Marketing major with a minor in Sociology at Arizona State University, working on the Business Development side at Kelsey Thomas Consulting. She brings creativity and strategy together to support brand growth, content development, and audience engagement. With her background in marketing and sociology, Meghan adds a unique, people-focused perspective to the team.
CHARLOTTE TINCH
Account Manager/Grant Writer
Charlotte leverages her expertise in grant writing and research to support and secure funding for clients. With a background in business law, international business operations, and customer service, Charlotte effectively manages client accounts and supports their funding initiatives. She excels in organizing impactful projects and ensuring compliance to help clients achieve their funding goals. Committed to fostering organizational success and delivering strategic solutions, Charlotte is dedicated to driving meaningful outcomes for the firm's clients.
EPIPHANY VALOS
Account Manager/ Grant Writer
Epiphany, an honors student at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College, is completing her B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Global Studies and a certificate in International Business. She is also pursuing an accelerated master’s in Global Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management. As an Account Manager, Epiphany works with nonprofits and startups to secure funding through grant proposals and investment writing, tailoring strategies to meet each client’s unique goals.

Sofiia is currently a student at Arizona State University, pursuing a degree in Business Law and Finance. Her experience working with various startups has provided her with valuable insights into effective marketing strategies and business operations, which have significantly enhanced her ability to consult companies and write grants. She advises nonprofits on successfully executing their projects and crafting impactful grant proposals that maximize their community contributions. Sofia is passionate about helping these organizations secure the funding they need to realize their initiatives, believing that their work can create a positive, long-term impact.

Ryan is a Literature major with a Psychology minor at Arizona State University. His interest in the power of written language as a tool for communication and persuasion directly influences his work at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, where he serves as a Grant Writer and Account Manager. In managing his accounts, he is dedicated to securing the best possible opportunities for his clients and is willing to go to whatever lengths are needed to faithfully represent their needs and advocate on their behalf.

Jenna is currently an undergraduate student at Arizona State University and an account manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting. Her work involves thorough research, strategic communication, and a deep understanding of the causes her firm supports. At the same time, she is pursuing an undergraduate degree, where she brings her skills in writing, analysis, and problem-solving. Jenna brings her knowledge of grant research and grant writing to help create compelling proposals that secure funding for impactful projects, ensuring organizations have the resources they need to achieve their goals.
Rylee is currently pursuing a Political Science degree with a minor in Law and Society, gaining expertise in legal writing, research, and analysis. She is goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving objectives through strategic planning and effective execution. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, Rylee strives to advocate for clients and help them achieve their goals.
Livia is a soon-to-be honors Business Management graduate from Arizona State University and is currently completing an accelerated Master’s of Global Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, with a focus on Digital Transformation. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she focuses on each client’s unique needs and goals to help them find the right funding opportunities. She supports grant writing, market research, and proposal development, using her international background and strong communication skills to build meaningful relationships and deliver tailored support.
