Gregory has a strong background in Legal, Contracts Management, Management Consulting, Operations, business funding and grant writing. Through his expertise Kelsey Thomas Consulting is able to offer a wide range of high level services. Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA.Â
Greg is involved in numerous organizations that build medium and small businesses. Greg has established what is considered the #1 grant writing firm in the U.S. with clients nationwide as well as international.

HALEIGH BRANSTETTER
Executive Director
Haleigh graduated Arizona State University with a pre-law degree in Philosophy (Morality, Law, and Politics) and a minor in Political Science. She is experienced in writing across multiple disciplines, including academic, technical, editorial, and creative writing styles. Her goal is to synthesize her skills as a writer and her passion for helping underserved populations to create meaningful change in our communities

Reagan, a soon to be graduate of Grand Canyon University leads the business development department, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive growth. By leveraging her team’s strengths, she cultivates creativity, strategic thinking, and a culture of teamwork, paving the way for the department's success and advancing the company's initiatives.

Grant Advisor
Brittany will bring her background in financial modeling, industry research, and data analysis to the role as Grant Advisor at KTC. She has recently graduated with her Bachelors in Business Communications with an emphasis in Finance. She plans on using her technical and research analysis to innovate and bring new insights at Kelsey Thomas Consulting

Michelle Irwin, a dedicated advocate from Tempe, Arizona, brings over two years of experience in outreach, social media, and advocacy. As President of Watts College's Student Union for Community Service (ASU), she champions social change and cooperation. Michelle excels in grant writing, marketing, and student outreach, leveraging her strong communication and problem-solving skills. Passionate about supporting vulnerable populations, community service, and Nordic religion, she is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies at Arizona State University to further her advocacy impact.

With a wealth of experience in grant writing, investor decks, and business development, Sophia is a seasoned writer who has also contributed to the development of several successful start-up companies in the e-commerce, healthcare, and tech sectors. Sophia earned her degree in Sociology with a Pre-law emphasis from UCLA, graduating summa cum laude. She is currently attending George Washington School of Law to further hone her skills and knowledge.

Sofia is currently a student at Arizona State University, pursuing a degree in Business Law and Finance. Jenna is currently an undergraduate student at Arizona State University and an account manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting. Her work involves thorough research, strategic communication, and a deep understanding of the causes her firm supports. At the same time, she is pursuing an undergraduate degree, where she brings her skills in writing, analysis, and problem-solving. Jenna brings her knowledge of grant research and grant writing to help create compelling proposals that secure funding for impactful projects, ensuring organizations have the resources they need to achieve their goals.
Rylee is currently pursuing a Political Science degree with a minor in Law and Society, gaining expertise in legal writing, research, and analysis. She is goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving objectives through strategic planning and effective execution. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, Rylee strives to advocate for clients and help them achieve their goals.
Ryan is a Literature major with a Psychology minor at Arizona State University. His interest in the power of written language as a tool for communication and persuasion directly influences his work at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, where he serves as a Grant Writer and Account Manager. In managing his accounts, he is dedicated to securing the best possible opportunities for his clients and is willing to go to whatever lengths are needed to faithfully represent their needs and advocate on their behalf.

Epiphany, an honors student at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College, is completing her B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Global Studies and a certificate in International Business. She is also pursuing an accelerated master’s in Global Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management. As an Account Manager, Epiphany works with nonprofits and startups to secure funding through grant proposals and investment writing, tailoring strategies to meet each client’s unique goals.
